- 1 24 ounce frozen shredded potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- grated cheese
- crushed cornflakes with butter
- Mix ingredients together, top with cheese and then corn flake
- mixture.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
