Potato Dish


  • 1 24 ounce frozen shredded potatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • grated cheese
  • crushed cornflakes with butter
  • Mix ingredients together, top with cheese and then corn flake
  •  mixture.
  • Bake 350 for 30 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
