German Pancakes

German Pancakes
 
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • dash cinnamon or nutmeg
  • Place butter in 9x13 pan to melt. Pour flour mixture (all ingredients) into pan.
  •  Bake at 425 for 10-20 minutes.
