German Pancakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- dash cinnamon or nutmeg
- Place butter in 9x13 pan to melt. Pour flour mixture (all ingredients) into pan.
- Bake at 425 for 10-20 minutes.
