Rice Krispies Cookies
- ¼ cup butter or margarine
- 3 cups minature marshmellows
- 5-6 cups rice krispies
- Melt butter in a 3 quart saucepan. Add marshmellows and cook over low heat, sitrring constantly until melted and well blended.
- Remove from heat. Add rice krispies and stir until well coated.
- Press warm mixture into butter 13X9 pan. Cool in squares when cool.
- Servings/Yield: 24-2"squares
