Velvet Crumb Cake

Velvet Crumb Cake
 
  • 1 ⅓ cups Bisquick
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Mix ingredients and bake in 8x8 pan 350 for 35-40 minutes.
  • Mix together 3 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 2 Tablespoon cream, 1/2 cup coconut, 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Spread and broil about 3 minutes.
