Enchilada Casserole
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 small can enchilada sauce
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 lbs. ground beef
- ½ onion , chopped
- grated cheese
- Brown meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Mix and heat enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Dip tortillas (3) in sauce and line casserole dish. Add layers of meat, onions and cheese. Top with layer of dipped tortillas (3), sauce and cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
