Beef and Rice Casserole

Beef and Rice Casserole
 
  • 1 lbs. ground beef
  • ½ onion , chopped
  • 2 cups rice, cooked
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Brown beef and onion. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients. 
  • Bake 350- 30 minutes.
