Lemon Jello Cake
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 ¼ cup water
- 1 package lemon jello
- 1 lemon cake mix, betty crocker
- Pour into large cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
- While cake is still warm glaze with 2 cups powdered sugar and 1/3 cup lemon juice.
Rake cake with large meat fork before glazing. - Servings/Yield: Servings: --
