Baked Spaghetti
- 1 lbs. hamburger
- 1 cup onion , chopped
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 large can tomatoes, with liquid
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 small can olives , sliced
- Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Then add tomatoes with liquid (chopped or crush the tomatoes), oregano and olives. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 9x13 pan, top with 1/2 meat mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Mix soup and water. Pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 350 for 30-35 minutes.
