Baked Spaghetti

Baked Spaghetti
  • 1 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 cup onion , chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large can tomatoes, with liquid
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 small can olives , sliced
  • Brown hamburger, onion and green pepper. Then add tomatoes with liquid (chopped or crush the tomatoes), oregano and olives. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Place 1/2 spaghetti in greased 9x13 pan, top with 1/2 meat mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. 
  • Mix soup and water. Pour over top of casserole. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 350 for 30-35 minutes.
