Scotcheroos
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 6 cups Rice Krispies
- Combine sugar and corn syrup in 3 quart pan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to bubble. Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter, stirring until dissolved. Mix in rice krispies and put in 9x13 pan.
Melt chips, spread over "krispies" mixture. Cool.Servings/Yield: Servings: -
