2 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can tunafish
Directions:
1. Make white sauce by melting butter, adding flour, salt, slowly adding milk (stir constantly). Cook over medium heat until thickened.
2. Add tuna (drained and patted dry in paper towel).
3. Stir until mixed well.
4. Serve over cooked rice or toast.
