Snickerdoodles

Snickerdoodles
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ¾ flour
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ salt
  • Cream sugars and shortening. Add egg. Add dry ingredients.
Roll mixture into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mix.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
