Snickerdoodles
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ¾ flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ salt
- Cream sugars and shortening. Add egg. Add dry ingredients.
Roll mixture into balls and roll in cinnamon and sugar mix.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
