Panocha Candy

Panocha Candy
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted peanuts, chopped, fine
  • Mix sugars, milk and butter. Cook to softball stage. 

    Pour onto marble slab to cool. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add nuts and mold into shapes.
