Panocha Candy
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup unsalted peanuts, chopped, fine
- Mix sugars, milk and butter. Cook to softball stage.
Pour onto marble slab to cool. Add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add nuts and mold into shapes. - Servings/Yield: Servings: --
