Fluffy Chocolate Frosting

Fluffy Chocolate Frosting
 
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ square butter or margarine
  • 1 square chocolate
  • Beat until dry egg whites. Gradually add 3/4 cup powdered sugar. 
  • In separate bowl cream 1/2 square butter or margarine and add remaining powdered sugar.
  • Melt and cool chocolate (don't let water boil under chocolate). Fold the butter mixture into egg white mixture, the fold in cool chocolate.
  • Covers 1 large or 2-layer cake.
