Fluffy Chocolate Frosting
- 2 egg whites
- 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ square butter or margarine
- 1 square chocolate
- Beat until dry egg whites. Gradually add 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
- In separate bowl cream 1/2 square butter or margarine and add remaining powdered sugar.
- Melt and cool chocolate (don't let water boil under chocolate). Fold the butter mixture into egg white mixture, the fold in cool chocolate.
- Covers 1 large or 2-layer cake.
