Grape Ice Cream
- 1 pint whip cream
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 quart purple grape juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Mix well- sugar, salt, lemon juice, and grape juice. Add milk, cream, condensed milk. Pour into freezer and fill within 2 inches of top with milk.
- Freeze-takes about 20-25 minutes. (Layer of salt, layer of ice- repeat).
- Servings/Yield: 1 gallon
