2 6.5-ounce cans clams, minced
1 cup onions, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
2 cups potatoes, diced
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup butter
1 quart whole milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
Drain juice from clams and pour clams over cut up vegetables in saucepan. Add enough water to cover, cook until vegetables are tender. Melt butter, add flour and milk. Stir until smooth over low heat. Add vegetables and clams and heat thoroughly.
