Ginger Cookies
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon soda
- Cream butter and sugar together and add molasses and eggs and mix in flour and spices. Roll in balls size of walnuts, then roll in sugar. Bake 350 for 10 minutes.
