Savory Chicken in Sauce
- 8 small chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 8 slices ham, thin, lunch meat
- 8 strips bacon
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- Lay chicken breasts flat and pound to flatten slightly. In center of each breast
place one slice of ham. Fold breast loosely, then wrap with bacon strip.
Pl Place the eight rolls in a shallow 9x13 baking dish. Combine well the soup and sour cream (thin slightly with a little milk if desired) and pour over chicken rolls.
Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
Servings/Yield: 8 servings
