Parmesan Chicken
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 6-8 chicken breasts-halves, boneless, skinless
- In a bowl, combine butter, mustard, w. sauce and salt. In plastic bag combine crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into butter mixture.
- Place in ungreased 9x13 pan. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture.
- Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes
