1 cup Raw Spanish Peanuts
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Light Karo Syrup
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon butter or marjarine
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions:
In 2 quart microwave safe bowl, combine peanuts, sugar, syrup, and salt. Microwave full power 6-7 minutes. Stir half way through. Add butter. Microwave an additional 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave, stir in vanilla and soda. Pour onto buttered or marjarine greased cookie sheet. Spread thin as best you can. Cool. Break into pieces. (Use a wooden spoon.)
