Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate Mousse
 
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 ½ squares chocolate , melted/cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 ½ cups pecans
  • Beat in mixer-butter and powdered sugar. Beat for 20 minutes.
A         Add chocolate, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, peppermint extract.
            Line bottom of paper cups with nuts, then fill with mixture and top with nuts. Place in muffin tins and freeze.
