Ice Cream Crispies
- 3 cups rice krispies
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups coconut
- ½ gallon ice cream
- Mix all ingredients except the ice cream. Line 9x13 pan. Save some mixture to sprinkle on top.
- Soften ice cream and spread over mixture. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top. Freeze quickly.
- SAUCES: (optional): a) 1 package strawberry Danish Dessert- make according to directions
add frozen strawberries if desired. or b) Hot fudge sauce - Servings/Yield: Servings: --
