Orange Jell-O Salad

Recipe from Aunt Grace Allen
Makes a 9x13 pan

1 6-oz. package orange jell-o
4 cups apricot nectar
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 pint cream, whipped

Heat 2 cups nectar, add jello and dissolve. Add the other 2 cups nectar and place the mixture in a pan to set. When it begins to jell, divide in half.
Add Mandarin oranges to 1/2 jello and spread in the pan.
Beat the other half of the jello and fold in whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the clear orange mixture already in the pan and refrigerate to set.
