Zesty Salsa
- 10 cups chopped tomatoes, take off skins and take out seeds
- 5 cups green peppers, chopped
- 5 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup anaheim peppers
- 1 cup jalepenos
- 1 ½ cups cider vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine ingredients, bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes, then put in bottles.
- Process for 20 minutes when water starts to boil.
Servings/Yield: 6-7 pints
