Zesty Salsa

Zesty Salsa
 
  • 10 cups chopped tomatoes, take off skins and take out seeds
  • 5 cups green peppers, chopped
  • 5 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 cup anaheim peppers
  • 1 cup jalepenos
  • 1 ½ cups cider vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Combine ingredients, bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes, then put in bottles.
  •  Process for 20 minutes when water starts to boil.
Servings/Yield: 6-7 pints
